Thank you for your interest in visiting Elmhurst College. We offer group visits to high schools, UCC Confirmation Groups and Alumni partners who are interested in learning about the admission process and academic opportunities at Elmhurst College. We can accommodate groups up to 40 max (including chaperones), and ask that you provide one chaperone for every 10 students. The group visit experience lasts approximately two hours and can begin anytime between 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Please complete the group visit request form at least 2-3 weeks prior to your visit, and our Group Visit Coordinator will follow up with you within three business days to confirm your visit date and schedule.
Due to the large amount of group visit requests, we will accommodate groups on a first-come, first-served basis. We also limit organizations to one visit per semester. How do we get to Elmhurst College and where can we park?
We ask that you park in the parking lot by the Mill Theatre (MT on the map) or by Brune Tennis Courts (West of the MT) and then report to the Frick Center, Fireplace where your host will be awaiting your arrival.
What will happen when we arrive for our Elmhurst College visit?
The first thing to expect is to see our staff waiting for you with a smile! Typically, we will give your group information about Elmhurst College, an admission presentation and intercultural presentation (if desired) and a campus tour. If you have special accommodations or would like to have specific departments speak to your group, please inform us in the comments section of the group visit request form.
