Talent, not money, opens the doors to Elmhurst College. We work hard to keep our costs down, and we offer payment plans to help you afford your education.
Tuition (per semester hour) for each term is based on the program in which the student is enrolled and by the number of semester hours required in each program. See the individual programs for specifics.
Tuition Payment Plan
The College offers several payment plan options for students to pay their tuition. For more information, contact the Office of Student Accounts at (630) 617-3015 or you can view the payment plan options online.
When your employer or other agency authorizes a billing under its tuition benefit plan and will pay the tuition directly to Elmhurst College, service charges relating to the payment will be waived or removed provided the payment is received within six weeks of the beginning of the term. Under such plans, payment of the charges cannot dependent upon grades or course completion.
Tuition Reimbursement Plans
Some employers reimburse employees for tuition costs after the end of the term. Provisions for these types of reimbursement plans vary from one employer to another. To participate in a tuition reimbursement plan, students must submit a letter from the employer for each term of registration. Students receiving 100 percent reimbursement from their companies are not required to make an initial payment. Students receiving less than 100 percent reimbursement are required to make payment for their portion of charges in keeping with the Elmhurst College payment plan.
