Peter Greetis is currently the IT Director for Ada S. McKinley Community Services in Chicago, one of the 5 largest charities in Illinois. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BA in English and 20 years later from Elmhurst College with a MS in Computer Network Systems. He has held the title of Director of IT for 12 years at 3 different institutions. Peter transitioned into computers a few years after college and worked his way up the ranks from Receiving Manager at a computer company to his current position. Peter is married with 2 children and lives in Lombard, IL.
Irene Johnson, Mapping and Records Manager, ComEd
Irene Johnson’s career has spanned across numerous departments in ComEd (an Exelon company), including Nuclear Operations, Corporate Communications, Customer Operations, and Distribution Operations. She has held positions of increasing responsibility, beginning as an engineer supporting first of a kind chemical deconstruction projects at Exelon’s nuclear reactors. After that, she worked in Nuclear and Regulatory Services as a corporate spokesperson, Emergency Preparedness, and Payment Processing for both ComEd and their sister company Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO). Most recently, she served as a Manager in New Business, Performance Metrics where she also was responsible for the operation of a call center dedicated to processing new electric service requests. Under her leadership in that position, customer satisfaction rose from 68% to 90%. Irene is now the ComEd Mapping and Records Manager, where she is not only responsible for overseeing the production of 4,000 map pages annually, but has also spearheaded numerous first of a kind initiatives – such as the Green Mapping Initiative and the Chicago Cable and Conduit Map Conversion Project – that have brought ComEd Mapping into the 21st century.
Ms. Johnson holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She resides in Elmhurst with her husband, Robert, and children, Zachary and Mariana.
Ryan McElrath, Chief Technology Officer, Americaneagle.com
Ryan McElrath is Americaneagle.com’s Chief Technology Officer and has worked with the company since 1995. He has been actively involved in the development and hosting of hundreds of web sites, including projects for customers such as the White House (Obama Inauguration), Chicago Transit Authority, Chicago Bears (Super Bowl XLI), New York Giants (Super Bowl XLII), the United States Tennis Association and Weathertech.com. He also spearheaded the effort to get Americaneagle.com certified for Visa PCI compliance in securely handling credit card data for its ecommerce customers. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in computer science from Princeton University.
Tania Osborne-Carrasco, Director of the Data Center Engineering, CME Group
Tania Carrasco earned her Master’s in Computer Network Systems from Elmhurst College in 2003. She is now Director of the Data Center Engineering team at CME Group, the world’s largest future's option exchange. She oversees her team's enterprise projects and the 24/7 support of mission-critical infrastructure of domestic and international data centers and hubs. Tania and her team also support the trading floors and offices in Chicago, Houston, New York, DC, Singapore, London and Belfast. Prior to joining CME Group, Tania coordinated project efforts at Trading Technologies and the Chicago Board of Trade. In addition to her MS, Tania holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.

Mike Stenson has over 14 years of professional and progressive information technology experience that encompasses many aspects of information technology, data security, and telecommunications in local municipal environment. Mr. Stenson holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Sciences from Elmhurst College and has received a Certified Government Chief Information Officer Certification from the University Of North Carolina School Of Government and a Project Management Certificate from Loyola University in Chicago.
