Published every five years, the Elmhurst College Alumni Directory is a great way to keep in touch with your classmates. And starting with the 2010 edition, this valuable resource will be even more useful: in addition to the printed version, we’ll be launching an online presence where alumni can connect and network with one another.
To make sure the new directory includes accurate information, the Elmhurst College Alumni Association has partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to contact alumni for updates. We assure you that PCI is a legitimate business partner of the College, and that any information you share with PCI will be used solely to facilitate communications among our alumni and their alma mater.
Starting Monday, September 28, PCI will contact alumni via mail, phone, or email to request that you update your information.

Why do I need to update my information?
Elmhurst College recently converted to a new database, so this is a great time to ensure that your information is up to date. Plus, our alumni are on the move! Mailing addresses, email addresses, children, careers…things change quickly. Updating your information ensures that Elmhurst College and the Alumni Association can keep you connected to your alma mater.
What options are available for buying a 2010 Elmhurst Alumni Directory?
You will have the opportunity to purchase a directory when you provide your updated information to PCI. You have several options:
“Value Package” ($129.95 + 15.95 shipping and handling):

- Two-for-one airline ticket within the continental U.S.
“Pride of Alumni Collection” ($179.95 + $19.95 shipping and handling):

Why is Elmhurst College using an outside contractor on this project?
With a small staff, the Elmhurst College Alumni Association chose to use a professional company to ensure that the Directory is complete, accurate, and on schedule.
When will the 2010 Alumni Directory be complete?
The directory will be completed and printed in September 2010. Be sure to order your copy in advance—we’re only printing the number of directories that have been ordered by alumni.
Can I choose what information is listed in the directory?
Yes. The default information to be printed in the directory is:
- Full name, including your surname while at Elmhurst (if different from your current last name)
- Class year
- Home mailing address
- Preferred email address
- Degrees received from Elmhurst College and other institutions
- Job title and company
You may omit specific details upon request.
What is PCI?
