Major in Management
With the explosion of business opportunities around the country and the world, knowledgeable managers are more in demand than ever. Courses such as organization behavior, human resource management, leadership, negotiations, managing diversity, and compensation management round out a management major. A management major opens the door to responsible positions in both non-profit and for-profit institutions.
A student majoring in management must complete the business core (maintaining a 2.0 overall average) and five additional courses in one of the following four areas of specialization: Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, and General Management.
