Major in Information Systems
This avenue of study is ideal for students who wish to pursue careers involving business applications for information technology. The major combines course work from the computer science, information systems, mathematics, and business departments, and leads to a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in information systems. Students pursuing the information systems major are encouraged to consider enhancing their knowledge with a minor in business administration.
Requirements for the Major A student majoring in information systems must take CS 220 Computer Science I, plus the computer science, information systems, math, and business courses listed below.
