• Exceptional faculty. Our professors are outstanding teachers, scholars, and practitioners. They'll work closely with you to design an academic program that will help you reach your goals. 
• Outstanding practical experience. Field-based experience and application are integral components of every course in our curriculum. You’ll even have a “home school” for your field experiences through our nationally acclaimed Satellite Network Program.
• Scholarship opportunities. Elmhurst is one of just 53 Illinois institutions whose education students are eligible to receive scholarships worth up to $18,000 from the Golden Apple Foundation. Elmhurst students are also eligible to receive financial aid from the Associated Colleges of Illinois and other sources.
• Preparation for a career that counts. We offer 22 teacher education programs leading to Illinois teacher certification. Our graduates are teaching at every level throughout the United States and abroad. More than 1,700 Elmhurst alumni are teaching in Illinois schools alone.
