Programs of Study

The Department of World Languages, Literatures and Cultures offers a selection of majors and concentrations, so you can tailor your education to suit your own professional ambitions. No matter what your professional goals, the study of language fosters interest in different cultures, develops an understanding of the significance of language in human affairs, and promotes self-awareness and self-growth through interaction with the languages and peoples of other cultures.
