Elmhurst College offers a generous range of benefits to faculty and staff. Many benefits are provided at no cost to you, and certain important areas of coverage may be purchased for you and/or your dependent at group rates. The College shares in some areas of dependent coverage.

You are responsible for any federal or state income taxes or any other taxes that may apply to benefits. Most plans and programs have a waiting period for new employees or employees who have transferred from part-time positions to benefit-eligible positions.
