Describe one or two significant accomplishments, in the last five years, that you are most proud of and discuss why you view them as such.
What will be your biggest challenge while earning your MBA?
Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended.
A current résumé documenting your work history. Please provide enough detail to document levels of responsibilities, areas of professional growth, and prior professional training experiences.
Students applying to the MBA program must have completed the following prerequisites: financial accounting, managerial accounting, and business finance. Perequisites can be met through the successful completion of online course MBA Prep 300 starting in Summer 2013 or completed as part of the student’s undergraduate coursework or transferred from another college or university.
The program coordinator may also request an interview with you. Students may apply to this program for the Fall Term. Exceptions can be made for students based on selected area of specialization. Please contact the program director.

An official course-by-course evaluation in English by a foreign credentials agency of all university transcripts (along with copies of the transcripts themselves).
Proof of English proficiency, as evidenced by a minimum score of 550 on the paper-based or a minimum score of 213 on the computer-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
