Designed for Elmhurst students in any major, the Niebuhr Center’s Social Justice Program offers opportunities to learn about social responsibility and share your concerns about human rights. Among the opportunities you'll find:
Internships
The Social Justice Program sponsors two internships each year: the Rosa Parks Intern for Social Justice and the Gandhi Intern for International Justice. Each intern focuses on a particular aspect of social justice and serves as a unifying liaison to a range of interested campus constituents. The interns’ responsibilities are to educate and to create a specific social justice action plan.
