Where are you from? Where are you going? Who will you be when you get there?
Elmhurst College will provide you with a variety of opportunities to prepare you for your career and a lifetime of professional achievement. Through activities in and out of the classroom, you will participate in experiences that will ultimately shape the person you become.
Your first experience—Big Questions: What Will You Stand For?—is Elmhurst College’s required first-year orientation program. Big Questions will assist you as you explore your personal belief system, discover the power of serving others, begin the process of critical analysis, and recognize intercultural appreciation. Through this program, you will become established in the Elmhurst College community, begin developing your identity, and start building relationships with peers, faculty and staff.
The first-year orientation schedule and the family schedule will be announced in late February or early March 2012. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (630) 617-5199, or email dcollado@elmhurst.edu. If you have any special needs that require particular attention or consideration, please contact me as well.
We look forward to seeing you on August 22!
Sincerely,
Desiree Novak
