Transcript Requests

Elmhurst College can provide official academic transcripts for any student of the College. To obtain a transcript, please use the following online form.

Or you may send us a signed written request including the following information:

• Your name at the time of attendance
• Your social security number
• Your graduation date or approximate dates of attendance
• Any other name
• How many transcripts you are requesting
• A daytime phone number where you may be reached
• The complete address of where the transcript is to be mailed
• Your signature
• Method of payment

The transcript processing fees are listed below:

• $5.00 per copy
• Additional $5.00 fee for 24-hour rush service
• $17.00 & up for FedEx + per copy fee

The processing time for transcripts are 5 days regular service and 24 hours for rush processing.

Please enclose a check made out to Elmhurst College. Please DO NOT send cash.

You may Fax your request to (630) 617-3245 with a credit card number, expiration date and the security code on the back of the credit card, for transcript fee payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit. We DO NOT accept American Express.
