Caps, Gowns and Hoods
Your order is based upon the attendance information you provided on the e-commencement attendance request. Refer to the commencement schedule for the dates and times when you may pick up your cap, gown and hood. Immediately after the ceremony you must return your cap, gown and hood. The tassel is yours to keep.

Each year, members of the graduating class come together to present the College with a gift. This is one of the most important ways that you and your class can impact Elmhurst College and make a difference for future Elmhurst College students. Contact the Annual Fund at (866) 794-1075 or firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
Grades for the term classes for prospective graduates are due from the instructors on a specific date. Prospective graduates who fail the term and do not meet the requirements will be informed and they will be removed from the graduation list.
Tuition and Fee Payment
Financial obligations to the College must be satisfied in order for your degree to be awarded. You are encouraged to contact the Office of Student Accounts at (630) 617-3015 with questions regarding the discharge of financial obligations.
All "incompletes" ("I" grades) must be resolved and submitted to the Office of Registration and Records. Students will not be allowed to graduate if "incompletes" remain on the record, including any received during the term.
A professional photographer will take two pictures of each graduate. Ordering information will be available to you a couple of days after the ceremony. You may contact GradImages at (800) 261-2576. The graduates need to enter their name and customer or photo number to place an order for their graduation ceremony pictures. The number is from the proof that is mailed to you after commencement.
A copy of your official transcript for your records, which shows your course grades, degree, major(s), minor and honors will be mailed to you free of charge compliments of the Elmhurst College Alumni Association approximately one month after commencement. Additional transcript requests may be made on the Elmhurst College Registration and Records website. Transcripts are released only if financial obligations to the College have been satisfied.
Graduates Not Attending Commencement
Graduates may pick up their diplomas starting Monday, February 10. Unclaimed diplomas will be mailed to the student at the address on file.
