Each year, members of the graduating class come together to present the College with a gift. This is one of the most important ways that you and your class can impact Elmhurst College and make a difference for future Elmhurst College students. You can make your class gift online. Further details regarding upcoming events will be emailed to you.
Grades for the term classes for prospective graduates are due from the instructors on a specific date. Prospective graduates who fail the term and do not meet the requirements will be informed and they will be removed from the graduation list.
Tuition and Fee Payment
Financial obligations to the College must be satisfied in order for your degree to be awarded. You are encouraged to contact the Office of Student Financial Services at (630) 617-3015 with questions regarding the discharge of financial obligations.
All "incompletes" ("I" grades) must be resolved and submitted to the Office of Registration and Records. Students will not be allowed to graduate if "incompletes" remain on the record, including any received during the term.
A professional photographer will take two pictures of each graduate. Proof copies and ordering information will be emailed to you from Grad Images a few days after the ceremony. Additional ordering information/pre-registration information can be found under the Commencement tab of the Portal.
A copy of your official transcript for your records, which shows your course grades, degree, major(s), minor and honors will be mailed to you free of charge compliments of the Elmhurst College Alumni Association approximately one month after commencement. Additional transcript requests may be made on the Elmhurst College Registration and Records website. Transcripts are released only if financial obligations to the College have been satisfied.
Graduates Not Attending Commencement
Graduates may pick up their diplomas starting Monday, February 9. Unclaimed diplomas will be mailed to the student at the address on file.
