Spring Commencement

Important Dates

April 8: Deadline for returning information post card for ordering caps and gowns.

April 15: Outstanding accounts to be settled with Office of Student Accounts.

May 29: Pick-up cap and gown, Hammerschmidt Chapel, Rm. 018 between 3 and 6 p.m.

May 31: Rehearsal - Hammerschmidt Chapel 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Final pick up of cap and gown.

June 1: Baccalaureate Service - Hammerschmidt Chapel at 9:00 a.m.

Commencement Ceremony
Campus Mall 10:00 a.m. Proceed from Chapel to Graduation Ceremony location (Rain Location: R.A. Faganel Hall)

Reception
Graduates, family, friends, faculty are invited immediately following the ceremony. Cap and gown drop off will be in the lower level of Hammerschmidt Chapel (Rain Location: R.A. Faganel Hall, Room 112).

June 10: Absentees may pick up their diplomas at the Office of Registration and Records.
