Resicom
The College has equipped all the rooms in the residence halls with a phone line, phone and voice mail for each student living in the room. Therefore all students have their own private phone line and voice mail and the cost is included in the room fee. The phone provided by the school has a message notification light to indicate when a message is in voice mail. You can receive unlimited incoming calls and make calls to campus extensions and toll free numbers at no charge. Local and long distance calling charges are billed by Resicom.
The College's phone service vendor, Resicom, serves as a system integrator between the campus telephone equipment and the local and long distance networks. Resicom's customer service is available to assist with all service needs. If a question or problem arises that Resicom cannot address directly they will contact the appropriate party to resolve the issue.
