First-year students (transfer and returning students move-in date and time is listed below) can begin moving in on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 8:00 a.m.–Noon. To ease congestion and confusion on what can be a hectic and exciting day, please take a moment to review the First-Year Student Move-In Game Plan to help insure everyone's move-in goes as smoothly as possible. Also, to ease traffic congestion that morning, the flow of traffic will be redirected, as the move-in map indicates. Once you have arrived at the College, please proceed to your assigned residence hall where you will be able to check-in.

January 4, 2015 from 4:00–5:00 p.m. is when new residential students may move into their hall, apartment or house. If you will be living in a residence hall, the RA on duty will sign you in. If you are living in an apartment or house, contact he Assistant Director of Staffing & Operations, to set an appointment for someone to meet you.

During a Term
If you are assigned housing during a term, you will be contacted by the Office of Residence Life. At that time you will be given the contact information for the Assistant Director or Residence Life Coordinator of your building and you can make specific arrangements with him or her.
The members of the following teams/organizations are permitted to arrive early as related to the orientation program. Any other student wishing to request an early arrival must submit their request i writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than Monday, August 11 or 2 business days in advance of the requested arrival, whichever comes first. Requests will be considered and a decision communicated within one business day of receipt.
Upon arriving, students will check in at their assigned residence hall. For those students living in apartments or houses, please check at Prospect Apartment 1.
