About the Program

What will I do?
Together with a diverse group of your Elmhurst peers, you'll work with community and campus leaders—from the College and the “real world”—who will guide you as you learn more about what it means to lead with integrity. You'll develop a “Breakthrough Blueprint” to bring your vision of the world into reality, a real plan for making immediate positive change.

Each of your six days will center around a different component of the LeaderShape Institute curriculum:

  • Day 1 - Building Community
  • Day 2 - The Value of One, the Power of All
  • Day 3 - Challenging What Is, Looking to What Could Be
  • Day 4 - Bringing Vision to Reality
  • Day 5 - Living and Leading with Integrity
  • Day 6 - Staying in Action

And you will stay in action, as you will be asked to identify an on-campus mentor who will continue to meet with you after the program to revisit your plan for change and to support you as you put your vision into action.
