Resident Advisors (RAs) plan and implement social and educational programs, foster a sense of community among floor residents, develop leadership skills, promote a well-balanced and healthy environment in the residence halls, and serve as advisers for the other members of the residence hall community. RAs also represent the Office of Residence Life office at many College functions, including orientation and recruitment of prospective students. The process of filling fall positions begins the previous spring.
