Cultural Identity Organizations

Elmhurst draws students of many ages and from nearly every racial and ethnic background. We see our differences as a source of strength—and we sponsor a number of student organizations especially designed to support cultural identity. For example:

Black Student Union

Students work together throughout the school year to promote awareness of minority issues and celebration of ethnic and cultural heritage.

H.A.B.L.A.M.O.S. celebrates and acknowledges Latino heritage. Membership is open to all Elmhurst students. One of the organization's primary concerns is creating a well-integrated, beneficial environment for all students at Elmhurst College.
