Alpha Phi Omega
Alpha Phi Omega, a national co-educational service fraternity, is dedicated to developing leadership, promoting friendship, and providing community assistance. All students are welcome to join.

Best Buddies
Elmhurst College students pair up and build friendships with high school students who are mentally challenged. Open to all students.

Bluejays Care Service Projects
The Bluejays Care Service Projects are once-monthly opportunities for community involvement. Groups of 15-40 students serve with community organizations around the Chicagoland region. Past service sites have included the Northern Illinois Food Bank, SCARCE environmental education organization, and Feed My Starving Children. Transportation is provided.

Community Outreach Program
The Community Outreach Program brings together like-minded students who wish to serve their campus and community. The members of Community Outreach Program strive for a life of continual service beyond traditional community outreach. Past service efforts include volunteering at Chicago’s AIDS walk, making cards for veterans and assisting with the Elmhurst Great Western Prairie.

Easy Care Youth Program
Elmhurst College students work with youth from Blackhawk Middle School in Bensenville to provide a safe and educational after-school experience.

Global Poverty Club
The Elmhurst College Global Poverty Club aims to raise awareness and funds to help impoverished areas around the world.

Greenjays
The Greenjays is Elmhurst College’s student environmental sustainability organization. The group works to educate members and the campus community about environmental issues  and promotes ways individuals can live sustainable lives.

Habitat for Humanity
Every year, the Elmhurst College Habitat for Humanity Chapter engages more than 100 students in building projects, advocacy, fundraising and awareness-raising about poverty housing issues.

Relay for Life
Relay For Life is an opportunity to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. Each year, the event brings together teams of individuals who walk or run around the College Mall to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. Established by the College's Greek organizations in 1996 to honor the memory of Claire Bartels, a beloved member of the Elmhurst College community, the event has raised more than $430,000 for the American Cancer Society.
