SESSION ONE: Understanding the Licensure Changes in Illinois Education
Intended for licensed educators looking to better understand the licensure changes occurring in the State of Illinois, this session will contain a mixture of informative presentations with Q&A and is designed to be used as an informal guide to licensure changes and professional planning.
SESSION TWO: The Effectiveness of the Co-Teaching Model
In this 90-minute interactive session, you’ll learn how co-teaching improves student achievement and the different models for co-teaching. Co-teaching models are effective for interdisciplinary classrooms, mentors and protégées, special educators, classroom teachers and paraprofessionals, providing a learning opportunity for a diverse audience of educators.
