Child Care
Elmhurst College is proud to offer on-campus child care for the children of students. Experienced professionals care for your children in a safe, comfortable, and caring environment while you attend class.
Hours–Effective October 17
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Closed during summer months when our half day summer camp is in session.
Costs
$5.50 per hour per child for students
$6.50 per hour per child for faculty and staff
$7.50 per hour per child for guests
Staff
Alison Cook, child care center director, is an Elmhurst College graduate with a B.A. in history and secondary education. She has a wide range of experience working in various preschools and daycare facilities, including the Elmhurst College Child Care Center for four years during college.
Trained staff includes Elmhurst College students pursuing a degree in education or other related fields. All staff are CPR and First Aid certified.
